A Sanctuary Reimagined

IHOD served as Project Manager for the retrofitting and renovation of the Children’s Church at RCCG Olive Tree, Banana Island, a turnkey commission delivered to completion in 2023. Coordinating a specialist project team, Integrated Project as main contractor and Pinconsults as structural engineering consultants, IHOD oversaw every stage of the transformation from planning through to handover. Set within one of Lagos’s most prestigious enclaves, the project demanded precise coordination and delivery discipline, resulting in a refined, purpose-built worship environment realized to the exacting standards the congregation and location deserved.
