Refining a Vision into Reality

Serving as project architect for the Pharmacy Tower, IHOD brought technical precision and delivery expertise to a striking 6,084 sqm development designed to rise nine storeys. Working from an established design foundation, IHOD adopted and refined the existing architectural drawings, modifying and resolving the scheme to align with buildability, regulatory compliance, and execution readiness. In this role, IHOD provided the critical architectural intelligence that bridges concept and construction, preparing the tower’s ambitious vision as a technically sound, delivery-ready scheme, a reflection of the firm’s ability to steward complex projects with rigor and assurance.
