Commissioned by Edenbrooks Homes, IHOD delivered a tailored suite of architectural and engineering services across a distinguished trio of residential developments, Wakefield, Maison d’Eko, and Taiye Olowu, each conceived to embody refined living at the highest standard. For Taiye Olowu, IHOD provided full architectural conception alongside integrated MEP engineering design, uniting spatial vision with the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems that underpin comfort, efficiency, and long-term performance.

For Wakefield and Maison d’Eko, IHOD reimagined the architectural façades, delivering elevated design, photorealistic visualization, and the technical assistance and detailing required to bring each enhancement to life. By pairing refined aesthetic vision with precise technical resolution, IHOD gave Edenbrooks Homes a coordinated, single-source partner across all three residences, reflecting the firm’s ability to move fluidly between full architectural design, façade transformation, and engineering precision, always in service of exceptional residential living.
