In 2025, IHOD was appointed to lead the architectural fit-out design for the Sparrow Electric Vehicle assembly plant, a 50,000-unit capacity facility engineered for the high-volume production of EV tricycles, delivering a functional, production-optimized environment tailored to the demands of large-scale automotive assembly.

From Bare Shell to Production-Ready

The client acquired a shell warehouse in Adamawa State, northern Nigeria, an empty structure of unplastered masonry walls and raw concrete flooring, entirely without finishes. IHOD was appointed to transform this bare industrial envelope into a fully operational EV assembly facility, coordinating the design and construction methodology from the ground up and providing the client with comprehensive specifications and execution requirements at every stage.
